My recipe for super simple souvlaki – which may or may not be super authentic, but is easy and massively tasty.
Ingredients for the marinade
- 500g diced lamb/beef
- 1 tsp all-spice
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 large sprig rosemary, chopped
- Combine and marinate for a few hours.
- Barbecue on skewers.
- Serve meat on flatbread with hummus and tabouleh.
